Simmering Sunday - Pacific Rim Salmon

Pacific Rim Salmon
Here is an amazing recipe for a marinade that is excellent on salmon. Enjoy!

2 (12 - 14-ounce) pieces of salmon about 1 inch thick. (Serves 4)

Marinade:
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of rice wine vinegar (I use roasted garlic rice wine vinegar)
2 - 3 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper

Preparation:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over salmon in a shallow glass dish. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Put salmon on grill for 5 minutes per side or until the milky juice appears. Serve Immediately. Don't forget to share it with those you love. Bon Appétit! :-)

* Note: Fresh steamed asparagus compliments this fragrant fish perfectly.
